Hi All,

As I am working on workflow designer and I would like to know the significance of WorkflowDirector MBO class. Though it says it handles user interface relations I am not understanding the significance of that java class.

Hi,

I am working on Maximo 7 version. It came up with very good functionality called conditional ui. I am using conditional ui for sending a error message to users up on satisfying the condition.

I created a new condition in conditional expression manager, new sigoption and grant options for that sigoptions. And I created an error message of messagebox type and assigned messagebox and messagekey in property and value filed. I am not sure if I am missing any other proceedure to throw the error message to the user. Please let me know if I am missing out anything.

Thanks,
Mona

I am not sure if you can throw error messages through conditional UI. I think its only used to show, hide, make read only or editable to different users based on conditions.

Thanks Ethen,

Can we setvalue for a field and do some mathematical functions like summing up the different fields and set values in the total field using conditional ui?

Thanks in advance.
