Smart Maximo Data loader is a J2EE stand alone application designed to cater with the increased requirements of a tool that can append / update data to any Maximo Application (5.x, 6.x, and 7.x ) in a batch process.
Through simple steps, and purly using a GUI interface, data can be loaded easily from (flat,excel, or access ) file into required Maximo Application. A simple file with first row has target column names (can be extracted through ALT+F1 function in Maximo front-end), followed by data rows is more than engouh to garantee 100% Safe & fast loading of data on that selected object or one of it's childs.
Smart Maximo Data loader does all the communication with Maximo through Maximo Business Objects (MBO) which garantee that all of the validations, rules, and customizations of the data will be in place and it will seemed to have data has been inserted in the system through Maximo front end but in faster and smarter way.
