Preview Impacts of a Change-List of CIs impacted by Change is empty???

Hi,

I have a problem in Change management that always my list of preview impacts of a Change(calculated and historical) is empty.

In my process request I defined CI,which is Primary target in Change object where also is populated some Additional targets. I also have some defined Task Targets in my implementation tasks in Schedule.When I run Calculate Implementation Tasks Impacts I got a list of Impacted by Change,but still after that my Preview Impacts list is empty.
