I am new to Maximo 7.1 and have been tasked to customize the email sent to new users about their password.  Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to find this email format and how to customize it.  Thanks in advance.

In maximo we used email templated defined in the communication template application under work flow.
You can define a new template if you wish, and attach it in the workflow for self registration..
