Hi Guys,

I want to generate a WO whenever the meter reading of an asset exceeds or goes below the specied action limits. And there is a in built cron task 'Measure Point Wogen Crontask' which generates WO automatically whenever the meter reading crosses the threshold in Condition Monitoring app. I have done everything, specified the assets, meters, condition monitoring. But WO is not at all generated. And there are no error in the logs as well. What cud the mistake am making??any idea guys??? i changed the SMTP and email properties to 'maxadmin@mro.com' as well.

I guess there is an option in organizaton or pm where u have to specify automatic generation of pms..

em not sure .. will check it...
specifying the smtp detail only means mail setting.. it doesnt have to do anything with wo generation....also check in ur pms have u specified the frequency .. is it time based or the meter reading based...

Wht I think is there is a domail named as wopriority or sth like tht.. U have mentioned a priority in the pm , which is being supplied to workorder as a priority field..

one important thing is that priority in preventive maintenance is not attached to any domain whereas the priority field in workorder is attached to a domain.

Hey...the issue got resolved. There was a Domain associated called NPRIORITY to the field in WO app. And there were no values in it. So once we added the values. The WO was generated. Thanks for your help. Smiley
