Hi all

I am working in Maximo 5, when i am trying to run the REorder for direct issue material gettting the Error 'Severe error please conact tech Support'

If any body has any idea about that please reply..

I dont knw.. it goesnt give any clue...
maybe the inventory got locked up and reorder couldnot run properly...
Please check the logs and see if you can see the trace of the error.

I knw in maximo 5 errors are not so descriptive.

I have checked in the logs but not getting any kind of clue....and it is coming only workorder which are for direct issue material.

how are you creating direct issue reorder.. by selecting the direct issue reorder selection action or by selection the genral select action and by checking the checkbox for direct issue.

though there is no diff between direct issue and normal purchase requisition, only diff is of a checkbox which is checked in PR. its sth like direct issue item..

try to create the reorders in both the ways describe above...
on the logs topic. logs should always log the errors. coz error is the lowest level.
