Service catalog in TSRM 7.2 -- How to populate User info populate in Offerings

Hi,

In Service catalog in TSRM 7.2, my requirement is to populate the user information say if i enter user name ABC in the dialog box, it should populate the user name, email and user telephone number. I am developing the UI dialog boxes using library.xml

In TSRM if we design this through application designer, we can implement this using cross over domains. Can this method be used for the purpose in service catalog?

Hi thr,
You can use crossover domains or the field class for this purpose.
if you attach domain to the fields like telephone no, street address etc they will populate as you enter personid in the field.
