I am working on assessing Maximo for implementation in my company but have seen very little information on known general issues/problems with this suite of application.
Does anyone here know where I can find info like that...am interested in known general problems like how easy it is to get a fix from IBM for problems, is it easy to install patches, how easy is it to upgrade to a new version if you have a lot of customizations. Just general things like these that IBM will not disclose for obvious reasons
