hi everybody,
I want to switch maximo base language from en to zh and study 'Runing resetbaselang.bat' section within mam71_sys_admin_guide.pdf,its steps are as follows: Embarrassed
##############################
To make the current base language a secondary language:
1 Export the base language.
2 Run the resetbaselang.bat utility.
3 Reimport the original base language.
Example
resetbaselang.bat -infile c:\temp\fr.xml -l FR
##############################
I have three questions after studying these steps, the first is how to export the base language. the second is where can I find *.xml such as fr.xml or zh.xml. the last is the same as the first.
I am looking forward to your reply.

thanks in advance.

pls regard,

David Fang .

The xml files you talking about are the xliff files present in /maximo/tools/maximo/<lang>/xliff. You can export/import the language by using TDToolkit utility.
