I'm a maintenace planner and I need to find a way to flag or identify jobs that required extra planning, such as "weekend work", "extended shutdown", "Monday Start Up" etc...

I need a searchable field, that is tied to either the JP or PM module and the WO module.

Are there any hidden, searchable user defined fields?

Thanks
Sharon

Why not try creating new work order priorities based on "weekend work" "ext shutdown"...

Depends on the Maximo version you are using?

4.1.1 Had few spare Cross Over fields you could use and associate a Value List to.
V 6 and 7, you can create your own Domain (Value List) and associate it to an new field which you can create (as the Administrator).

Regards
