setup maximo 7.1.1 in redhat as4 failed!

Hi everybody!
I want to setup maximo7.1.1 middleware in redhat as4 .
starting launchpad and trying to install the required middleware,when The Setup Wizard is installing IBM Autonomic Deployment Engine ,it stops at 36% progress,I check /usr/ibm/common/acsi/repos/derby.log as follows:
Could not listen on port 4130 on host localhost.
An exception was thrown during network server startup. DRDA_ListenPort.S:Could not listen on port 4130 on host localhost.

I am not sure if the middleware installation supports redhat..
Try installing and configuring the server, database and maximo manually.

maximo setup manual indicates that The IBM Launchpad and Installers can be run natively on Windows, Red Hat Linux, AIX.
in addition,I have setup maximo 7.1.1 middleware setup  package for linux redhat as4.0 .
if you have been setup in redhat as4.0 successfully,please share your experience with me.
