Does anyone know what this error is?

I had an error while installing Maximo 7.1.  It was at the step of creating/configuring the database.  I had already created a shell database and entered the information in the required boxes but then got this error.

"CTGIN2076E: Exception running Database method for task validate".

I think I found the issue. 

I found that the sql server account for the database was locked and not in the security of the database.  I had to delete that user acct and then recreate it and mapped it correctly to the database.  I also added the network account I am using to do the installation to the database.

After that the installation worked without any issues.
