Is there any way to control who has access the paperclip options such as view attachments, Add New Attachment etc (see attached screenshot) in Maximo 6? Currently anyone who belongs to a security group that has been granted the ‘Manage Library’ signature option in an application such as Work Order can do all this. I looked at the Library XML file and noticed that these options are all embedded in the MANAGELIB dialog.

can be done using sig option and then granting access to particular user group..
