I have been tasked to add a new status for SR's called HOLD (I know there is a pending - but also want one called Hold) Is it possible to add a new status? I can't figure out how to do it if there is. If someone could point me in the right direction - I should would appreciate it.
Thanks! Patty

go to system configuration->platform configuration->domains
search for SRDOMAIN and add a new row for status HOLD , but it needs to be associated with one of the given internal values .

Associate it with whatever existing value you want HOLD to mimic. So if you want HOLD to be like Pending in how it behaves, but just want it to say HOLD, then associate it with Pending.
