while installing maximo 7.1, i came across an error after entering the database details. the error:
"CTGIN2076E: exception running database method for task validate".
i dropped the entire schema, created it again, uninstalled the ADE and started installation using new installer but the error still persists.

i have sql server 2005 as the database.

please help.

Have you found a resolution to this yet?  I am experiencing this problem right now.
