Hi all -

I start getting this error from no where when I create an incident ticket - it says Relationship TICKETSTATUS does not exist for the INCIDNET business object. I checked the ticket object and relationship under Database Configuration - that relationship do exist.

Does anyone know why am I getting error ? - no one claims they made any changes

can you give some mroe information regarding this. can you check log for the child object.

Hey Californian Guy !

Be aware that Maximo Relationships are setup by MBOs,  and even though the INCIDENT object is a View from TICKET it is a Different MBO (as PROBLEM and SR also are).

It doesnt matter that TICKET has the relationship you want to use, if the INCIDENT MBO dont have this same relatioship, the Application will raise this kind of exception !
