Is data import for ToolTrans supported?

After developing an Enterprise Service for importing LabTrans records, I thought ToolTrans would be a cakewalk. I was wrong. Does anyone know whether this is supported in Maximo 7 or what I did wrong?

All I did was a really simple test. I first created an Object Structure for TOOLTRANS. I included all fields. Subsequently, I created a new Publish Channel, a new Enterprise Service and a new External System. I exported one existing record (via Publish Channel) from Maximo into a flat file. I modified the header in the flat file and then imported the flat file into Maximo (via Enterprise Service). The following transaction error was thrown by the system:

psdi.util.MXSystemException: BMXAA4134E - LINECOST did not validate.

The error doesn't make sense to me since I'm basically re-importing an existing record. Any ideas?
