Advanced Search on "Warranties Exist" checkbox?

Does anyone have any idea of how you can search on the Warranties Exist checkbox in Work Order Tracking? It does not allow you to do so via Advanced Search.

What I want to do is this: I want to grab all the work orders that have the Warranties Exist checkbox checked and make that a result set to go on someone's start center but I cannot find a way to bring this data up in Work Order Tracking.
I can pull the report in Microsoft Query by combining the tables WOCONTRACT and WORKORDER but I cannot bring it up in Maximo in order to create my result set.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

For the record, I found the answer.

At the end of the where clause input this:
and exists (select wonum from wocontract where wocontract.wonum = workorder.wonum and wocontract.siteid = workorder.siteid)
