'No adjustment made' in Calibration history

Hi, we are running Version 7 with Calibration and when i lookup the 'calibration history' in the assetcal application i have noticed that the 'no adjustment made' is not auto populated from the data sheet, its only a read only field. Can anyone let me know how to rectify this issue.
