We are going to be implementing Maximo 7.1 and are trying to determine the on-going support requirements. Can anyone who has implemented Maximo provide me an explanation of the support team that was put in place for the on-going support. At the moment, we are being told that 6FTE will be required however we are finding this a little on the high side for an off the shelf application.
Looking forward to anyone's pas experience (good or bad)in this area
