Hi All,
I have a requirement for hiding few services if the service group is 'SOFTFM'. For acheiving this, I have created a condition commodity in ('CLN','GND') and added to the secuirty group against the SR object.
When I raise a new service request, I am still able to see the all the services for this site.

How do I restrict the services for users to see only required services?

Any help is appreciated!!!
