Calling a Dialog box in Workflow

Hi,

1) In receiving application, we have "Change Inspection Status".

Can anyone tell me how we can call this action in Workflow?

2) For Receiving workflow, I want that when user start the workflow, it should only run for receipts, where issuetype = 'RETURN'


Please help me we are really stucked.

you can call the change status event in your workflow.. I guess the event name is sth like 'CHNGSTATUS'. It will call the changestatus dialog box

It is not a status change

It is a dialog box that user can access from select action menu of the Receiving application.

Any Idea???

still that messagebox will be associated with an event.. calling that event will make the dialog box appear..

You can call the change inspection status dialogue box using the interaction node in workflow,

select the application as recieving and action as APPRRCPTS in interaction node properties
