Hi All,
         I am desperately waiting for Resopnse for my question since many days for for the ABC Analysis. Grin


I want Breif Explanation about ABC Analysis in the Inventory Modules's -->Inventory Application -->Inventory Tab. I have gone through the maximo online help and  tried my best to understand but could not get much help from it.

I will be thank full to you all if any one gives me a breif explanation about ABC Analysis. Shocked

ABC analysis in Inventory lets you quickly identify which inventory items represent your company's greatest investment in terms of monetary value and turnover rate. The ABC Type value for a item is determined by running an ABC Analysis report, which multiplies the current YTD issued quantity by the last cost of the item. The items are then sorted in descending order of the dollar value reached by this calculation.
