Hi everyone. My name is Andres, and I am configuring a new Maximo 7 machine.

After all the deployment, installing and post-installing process, so far the application worked OK. However, if you click on "Reports" menu and select any report from the list, it does not appear, and you will stay on the same screen you are. If you go around Go To > Administration > Report menu, it works and you can select and organize any report.

I have WAS ND 6.1.0.33 with a SQL Server 2008 Database for Maximo. I am using TSRM 7.2.1.0.

Anyone has solved this problem before? Anyone knows if I can do something related to configuration before we start to use the product in Production environment? Please note that we are installing this software in our environment for the first time, so we didin't make any upgrade nor patch to previous Maximo applications.

Any help will be received! Thanks. Regards.

Andres.

You mat want to try couple of things.
Ensure the userid you logged in has privileges to run reports.  Run import  report command from admin workstation. This will import the new report files into database. Hope this helps.
