Have only used the system for 4 months under 5.0 and when I was getting the hang of it is changing to 7.0 I have never seen a manual or have anyone to guide me or help on how to use this system. Does any one know where can I get a basic manual on how to navigate and how to use the location and work management module. Thank you.

search for the maximo 7 user guide...and you should be able to get a hands on all modules.

Like ethen said, the maximo 7 help files are robust and even have links for the manuals. That is unless your system administration has it available through the help menu.
