SR and related WOs

Dears
When I create new service request with Maximo 6.2 , I will create more than Work Order as related assets with relationship-Followup ( one SR  and many WOs).
The problem is when I close all Work Orders the Service request still INPROG.
How I can solve this issue and make service request close automatically when all WOs close ?

you can customize the wo class putting logic in changeStatus method, like whenever u change the status to close or cancel check if there is any other workorder related to same SR. If not, get the instance of SRStatusHandler and change the status to Close..


hope it will help... note that methods and classes names may not be accurate as I am writing this post without having maximo instance..
