Can anyone help me with configuring Maximo 7 email listener with MS exchange server? Please send available documents if any. I

i think u also need to wrtie a custom class file it.
also for MS exchange server first a account must be created in Msexchange server that is email and password.

Goto-->System Configurtion--> Email listener-->new email listener and fill all the details of ms exchange server
