Defaulting a lookup field with user's default site

Hi

I need defaulting Lead Select Value dialog box PERSON.LOCATIONSITE field to  the User’s Default Insert Site.

I need to implement this:

Workorder Tracking Cal -> Advanced Search -> Lead -> Select Value -> Person lookup opens->
PERSON.LOCATIONSITE = user's default site should be shown (As we see in the site field of the list tabs of the applications like asset,workorder etc.)

If anyone can give any idea about how to do this or anything regarding how this default insert site is mapped to site.

Anything regarding this topic will help me.
