Maximo 6.2

In the past we could have a Blanket PO with multiple vendor lines under that PO. The only way I can see to do this in Maximo 6 is by creating a master contract. However the master contract and the PR have no ties and this concerns me.

What is the proper way to do this in Maximo: I need to make a PR into something that can have multiple vendor lines under it?

Have you checked out the RFQ app. Maybe that's what you are looking for?
