We cannot view the memo WOSTATUS.MEMO (written while changing the status using WO Workflow) in the View-> Work Order History. Though WOSTATUS.STATUS, WOSTATUS.CHANGEDATE & WOSTATUS.CHANGEBY are being displayed.

Please tell the cause of the problem.

Yes the memo is being written while changing the status using workflow. The assignee can see all the memos written when the workflow button is pressed. But the other users (to whom the workorder is not assigned) cannot see the memos from the View-Workorder history tab. Everything is being displayed except the memos written during the workflow.

If I am not wrong, memos written during the workflow actions are not same as workorder change status memo. Workorder memos are shown only when you change the workorder status from status button. Workflow memos are shows to the assignee of the workflow.
Just to make check the memo field in the related workorders in wostatus table..

in that way there should be a relationship between workorder and wftransaction. You can create a textbox and put the value as relationship.memo(or whatever is the name of memo)
