I have followed the steps in installation guide to install Maximo on Windows2000 with BEA. Everythings worked fine but while starting it gives following error and Maximo is not started.

Not so sure about this one.
Seems like something was missed. Maybe an activation key or the license key.

it shouldn't be issue after running product enabler. May be i'm missing something stil.

Yes that's what I thought. This does ring a bell with me though.
Whgich product enablersw did you run? Do you know? You could try running them again. Have you re-built the .ear files after enabling. There is an option to not re-build in case you want to run more product enablers.

Problem is resolved. I droped the Maximo user schema and created it again. It did the work. I guess there was some alert/warning about some database job....(not remembering exactly). During recreation of schema everything went fine and maxio is up and running. Thanks for taking time to look into this issue.

I am still having the same problem. I dropped the schema and recreated. Restored the database but still getting the same message "no value found for maximo start date".
Is there any other suggestion to get this problem resolved?
