In creating a very basic user group with minimal privileges (create a work order, enter the data on a work order, enter labor & material, etc), when I try to print a work order I receive a message that states 'Your security privileges do not allow you to run or schedule this report'.  What setting do I need to check in order to have this security group able to print out work orders?  Thanks.

you have to enable reporting to your group using the "report administration" application.
Here you can enable a report (or all the reports) for a specific group

I checked every available permission option in the report administration application and still cannot print.  The direct print button isn't even shown in the upper toolbar.

the direct print is shown only if your report is configured to "direct print".
also make sure that the new "basic group" have the rights to execute that kind of reports...
