Hello
We have created a new interface for loading/updating workorders (XML format).
This works well, except it doesn't create the appropriate entries in the WOSTATUS table.
The new interface does not specifically address the WOSTATUS table, but I would have thought that, since normal processing creates these entries, any MEA processing would as well, by default.
(Yes, I'm new with MEA).
Can someone point me in the right direction of resolving this?
