Hi can someone point me in the right direction to get a step by step guide for the MEA and setting up and interface that can pick up Excel file or XML from a location (URL?) and update WO's?

Which version of Maximo - since different versions have different methods?  If version 7.1, then I can assist.

Smart Maximo Data Loader is a J22E tool that enables you to upload/ update any Maximo object data.

Look to the following URL for more info, and contact Support@maximosoft.com fore more details.

It does more than then MEA does in regards with Data loading to maximo.

Are maximosoft still in business??? is Smart Maximo Data Loader still available.

The domain is owned by GoDaddy so I guess they have either changed name or gome for good....
