I was trying to add a field security record for groups. I have added a new row in the field security tab and provided the details.I rebuilt the EAR file (buildmaximoear.cmd) and ran configdb.bat successfully but i'm unable to start maximo apps. I received the following message when I tried to start maximo apps "ERROR 500 - Internal Server Error". Could you please help me on how to resolve this asap.

hai,

can you post the first error in SystemOut.log and / or Systemerror.log? Error 500 can be everything..
