TSRM Base Services installation - Connection to remote system failed..

Hi,

I'm trying to install TSRM version 7.1 on a single server and im having it to integrate with microsoft AD.
I've setup my AD and it seems to be working fine. Well, i hope its working fine. Kinda not very sure on how to verify on that.
Anyway, when i tried to install base services, i received the error :
CTGIN2268E: Remote Access Connection failed.
CTGIN2283E: Exception caught while connecting to the remote server. Exception CTGIN2138E: Connection to remote system failed..

I have done some verification on my AD base on the guide i found by googling and it seems to be meeting the requirements.
I have also added the administrator login user into the required admin groups but im still receiving the same error.
Can anyone please advice on this? I'm new in this field and have been stuck for a long time at this phase.

Hi,

Check if the "Remote Access Connection Manager" service is started in the service manager.

Alternatively check following

My Computer->right click -> properties, select tab "Remote"

check if "Remote Desktop" is enabled and "Remote Users" list contains your remote login user.
