I don't understand what can be happening here. There are a handful of users that we have created in Active Directory that are not syncing with Maximo. We are using ldapsync. Many new users come into the system just fine but then we have a few that we create and it doesn't sync.
We have a new IT guy starting Monday. We created his account but it never replicated into Maximo. He is going to have a hard time logging his tickets if he doesn't have an account.
I don't know where else to look. I have been working with IBM support but they are no help. They can't seem to figure out what is going on either. I am using SRM 7.2
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
