Maximo 7.1 integration with Crystal Report

Hi,

I want to integrate crystal report into maximo 7.1 ,but i am facing problem after doing changes ,it is showing that "User account has been disabled".Do anyon have idea??

although this post is pretty old, I dont think Maximo 7 supports crystal reporting.

you can integrate BO crystal with maximo using BOcrystal.war file,
just go thru the "Version 7.1 – SAP Business Objects Crystal Reports" pdf

And follow the steps(given in guide too),
set BO server properties in the maximo.properties file.
copy given files to maximo server
build bocrystal.war
deploy it on apache tomcat server(where BO install)
publish one crystal report on CMC
make folder structure like rpt->asset->reports
(save crystal report here)

now register report on maximo report administration
generate request page
and preview
