Does Maximo have a feature or report that can be created showing how all PMs are balanced throughout the year?

It is possible to do pm forecasts in Maximo Scheduler. This is a add on for Maximo 7.1 something and there is probably license costs involved. I have not used it myself, but there are some information at the IBM web site.

For Maximo 5, 6, and 7 there is also a link available to connect Maximo to MS Project. Not standard though, and not for free. I have used it, and it is possible to do pm forecasts, without creating the actual wo's ahead. There is probably information about this one on the IBM web site.

I have seen a report once drawing a gantt chart from pm's in Maximo. I dont remember if it was SQR or Actuate, but at least it would be a way to get a picture of the work load for a selected period. But I think one of the above solutions are better.
