Hello All,
Have a new install of Maximo v6.2.3 and we cannot access our attached documents. The doclinks.properties file looks OK as far as we can tell, and the folders defined in the "manage Folders" of Maximo matches perfectly. When we attach a document to a work order (or asset, or anything), the document is copied up to the correct folder on the server perfectly. Maximo appears to "see" the document in the correct folder, yet when we try to open/view the attached document we get an error message. See attached jpg for example. Doclinks.properties and maximo.preoperties attached if it helps.
These all seem to match perfectly with the "manage folder" settings etc in maximo itself.
Anybody got any ideas on where weshould look for the problem/solution?
Any help would be appeciated.
