Please help in Configuring Instant Messaging with Google Talk in MAXIMO

Please help me configure google talk for Instant Messaging in MAXIMO 7.2.

I had used hostname as talk.google.com, port as 5223 and imi driver google_talk in System Properties and Instant Messaging Configuration, but when I am trying to connect, it gives me an error as 'Could not establish connection for incorrect IM Server port'. Please guide me, how do I resolve it?

Hi,

I could resolve the earlier problem. The port was opened by our networking team. But now when I try to connect through Instant Messaging Configuration I get the following error message:

BMXAA0005E - IM server returned an unexpected response. Verify if there is some IM property with an invalid value and verify the log for further information.

Please guide me how to resolve this?
