ERROR 500

Hello everybody,
               I was trying to do  maximo installation. I have installed weblogic, set up the database and installed maximo. I deployed the EAR file which was successful but I found it difficult to lunch maximo start centre. I received the following message when trying to lunch maximo sart centre 'ERROR-500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR'. What can I do to solve this problem. Help me.

Hello,

I have the same error here. I'm installing Maximo 6.2 on server 2003 with weblogic 9.2 application server and oracle 10.2.0. db.
Installation was successful for all components and maxinst was successful as well. I deployed the '.ear' files of maximo, maximohelp and acweb. The error I have is then when I start the server.

At one time the application tries to connect to the database. I observed that the mxe.db.url is as this:
jdbc:oracle:thin:@<sid>:<port>:<sid>

This is very strange because I set this information properly in the maximo.properties... as the success result of maxinst proof it.

Can you check if it is actually whats going on?

Does any one has any idea where this error could come from?
