Hello,

I have created a customized start center (with 4 portlets with result sets from work orders with 1 graphic, 1 portlet more with direct links to applications), but I find that from time to time the following thing occurs: 

After initiating session with a user that has this start center type, a blank screen pops up, as if the page did not load properly.  I use F5 to refresh it but the error persists. If we exit the page and re-enter with a different user that does not have this specific start center,  then exit again and log in with the first user,  the page can be loaded properly. The thing is that this “trick” temporarily solves the problem, but it’s not functional at all (you understand what I mean).

Any suggestions?

I would check the app server logs. I would guess that there will be an exception in there.

This is an app error, previously reported in the IBM site:

IBM ASSET MANAGEMENT: IZ16025: WHEN CLICKING THE RESULTSET GRAPH , CLIENT MEETS THE BLANK PAGE NOT LINKING TO RELATED APPLICATION.

Upgrade to a new version to solve the problem.

You should be able to see your errors in the Application Server logs when this happens.
