My name is Allan Donaldson. I currently work for a Maximo consultancy called MACS BV. This is a Dutch company although I am based in our UK office. I am currently serving in Germany with a company called BWI. |

My name is Mauro Garzetti.
I work with Maximo since 2002 (it was v 4.1.1) but my working experience in IT started in 1992.
I am an analyst / developer / Administrator of Maximo (and some other SW) for the company where I work.
I'm in Italy and I will be glad if I can share some of my experience with all this comunity !

My original role within MACS was solution architect, but I recently made a switch to sales, working as Technical Tivoli sales. I also participated in two IBM residencies about Tivoli Service Request Manager 7.1 and hope to be able to participate in more.
