Hi All,

i have a requirement in which we need to send file attachment attached to the Service Request to be attached  with email that will be send as email notification in workflow.

create a custom communication template. specify the object as SR.
add recipients and in the attachment folder tab, specify what should be sent..
check the attachment field in SR application.

Can you try the following steps? Create first a custom template and then specify the object like the SR. After doing that, add some more recipients and attach some folder tab and choose the attachment you would want to send.
