maximo 6.2.6 update & Actuate - I am looking for the file "actuate626upd.bin"

Hello,
I would like to upgrade from v6.2.3 to v6.2.6 (maximo and actuate) but now IBM refuses to give me the files for the Actuate 6.2.6 update ! 
This file for the actuate 626 update includes some crucial files for the AcServer side (typically iServer.jar in /bin and actuatebo.jar in rsse sub-dir) plus an export of the "up-to-date" encyclopedia (export_626_oracle).
The name of file I am looking for is: "actuate626upd.bin" (our maximo and actuate run on UNIX).
Who would had downloaded that file in the past
It would help me a lot !!!!!!

I can try getting this file but before can you tell me what kind of problem does it give if you use the old encyclopedia and dont update actuate..

IBM doesnt provides actuate updated reports with the fixpack and it has already withdrawn updates and media fulfillment for actuate since sep 2010.
