Me again! Please pardon all the question. We're new at Maximo and learning as we go.

Some of our users do not have access to the Browser View or Direct Print buttons. How do you set these up?

I've looked in the manuals and done Google searches but have not found the answer yet. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
