I'd like to change the date on the Estimated Next Due Date on some of our PMs but that field is read-only.
Any advise on how to do this?
I'm using Maximo 7.
Thank you.

I dont know about maximo 7 but in maximo 6 you can do it by checking the 'Use Last WO's Start Information to Calculate Next Due Frequency' checkbox.

Though you must notice that checking the checkbox wil populate a value in the next extimated due date but again it wont be editable.

for this purpose when you check the checkbox the field extended date will get enabled. you can enter in this field when you want the work orders to be generated. Also you need to check the checkbox just below extended date that is adjust next due date which get enabled when you select a date in extended date.

after checking the 'Use Last WO's Start Information to Calculate Next Due Frequency' checkbox, entering a date in exteded date and checking the 'adjust next due date' when you generate the work orders from PM you can see that the last wo start date in pm would show the extended date and the next due date will be calcualted based on extended date. In short extended dates override the next due date.

hope it help.
