Position: Level 2 Maximo Support Technician
Location: Philadelphia, near 30th St. Station transportation center
Duration: This is a fully-benefited Long-Term Position.
PC Network Inc. is seeking Level 2 Maximo Support Technician
Currently, we are in need of Maximo call center professionals with experience in implementing and supporting MAXIMO, for reputed organization in the transportation industry. Candidates must have excellent customer interface skills and experience in Maximo . We have multiple positions in the Philadelphia area.
SKILLS REQUIRED
* 3-5 years exp with MAXIMO. Knowledge of Setup and Utility Modules as well as custom applications. This includes Application Setup, Application Launching, Signature Security, Edit Windows (screen customizations), * Experience with MAXIMO messaging file, and INI files
* Experience in installing and supporting MAXIMO applications.
